This is just one of many families that are in need of support. We believe that through our efforts, there will be a solid first step to improve the quality of life of hundreds to thousands of Autistic children in Rural India and provide relief to their families. I would request you to help us start the initiative.

My Experience

Growing up with a sibling who faces extreme symptoms of autism, I have first-hand experience with the behavioral, social, and learning challenges that these children face. He receives special therapy at both school and at home, and I have seen many signs of improvement from these services. My brother has learned several important life skills, and although he is not independent and needs constant support, he has learned to do everyday things such as make his bed, brush his teeth, and change his clothes. I feel without the services he received, he would be in a very different situation. We as a family have also received a lot of guidance on how to help teach my brother things we feel were important for him to learn. I feel that all individuals who need support should be able to receive the help they need.
